Sports and fitness have been a part of my life since I was a kid. I grew up playing hockey, baseball, and golf. At 14 I started working out. I was always the skinny guy in my class and I wanted to gain muscle to improve my physique and my confidence and once I started I never looked back. I am currently studying Health, Wellness, and Fitness at Mohawk College. I spent a semester working at McMaster Innovation Park designing and leading group workouts for the members there. I love fitness and helping people so being able to combine those two together by working at IDEAL is exactly what I wanted.
