Jeremy’s fitness aspirations began when he first stepped onto a football field. Realizing that being an unhealthy 245lbs individual was of no aid to his performance, he sought the help of fitness professionals. After the process of 5 years, Jeremy dropped to a lean 200lbs, and back up to a stronger, athletic 260lbs+. In 2015 Jeremy graduated from Humber College’s Fitness and Health Promotion program. Although young, he has gained plenty of experience in the fitness industry through his program (personal training, instructing fitness classes & interning), his peers, and through study of the greats. Jeremy is currently a semi-professional football player as an Offensive Lineman. He trains for strength and power and prides himself in his work ethic.
