Brads interest for fitness started at an early age. When he was 10 years old he was handed a book; “Arnold Schwarzenegger’s Encyclopedia of Modern Day Bodybuilding”. He was mesmerized. He spent hours embracing the material. At an early age he started dabbling in weight training techniques and theories. As he grew up Brad was involved in many recreational sports such as hockey, baseball, football, biking and lifting weights. Brad has graduated from Business and Health, Wellness and fitness at Mohawk College. Brad has been a personal trainer and boot camp instructor for the past several years. In his fitness career he has had an opportunity to work with a wide variety of individuals including professional athletes, stay at home moms, amateur athletes, post rehabilitation, and elderly.
