When I joined, I was not entirely confident that a bootcamp style workout was for me. I was very out of shape, could barely climb a set of stairs without feeling out of breath and with a knee injury and poor joints, I worried the strain would be too difficult. But the great coaches were there to help me find modified versions of every exercise and offer constant encouragement to not give up. The supportive team and other members helped me push myself harder than I thought I could.
